1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems within the securities domain.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
2. Solution Design & Documentation:
- Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and optimize securities-related processes.
- Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and technical diagrams, for development and QA teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to assess the effectiveness of existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement or new system development.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and potential impacts.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews to validate that solutions meet business needs and comply with requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues during testing.
Yêu cầu
· Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience in securities or a related financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of securities products.
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
- Experience working with SQL, Excel, or other tools to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, and the ability to create user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, and APIs within financial services environments.
· Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CFA) are a plus.
- Knowledge of or experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
